Considering ozonators for my community pool

I run a small pool in my neighborhood, and I've been exploring ways to minimize chemical use and cut down on maintenance time. Ozonators look like a good option, but I'm wondering if anyone has personal experience with them. What about installation costs and how clients feel about them? Do they truly save time and money while keeping the water in good shape?

So far I've seen ozonators work well, but they usually still need some chlorine backup to keep everything safe. The upfront cost can sting. As usual. But long-term, you'll notice clearer water and less hassle.
