I'm working on setting up a perimeter overflow for an above-ground concrete plunge pool on my rooftop here in Arizona. I'm aiming for a sleek, modern flush slot drain around the edge, using the Infinity Linear system along with porcelain coping tiles

One of the challenges I'm facing is dealing with the extreme temp fluctuations, like soaring up to 115°F in the summer and the occasional freeze during winter. I need to make sure that all the materials can cope with thermal expansion without cracking or bending

Has anyone out there put in something similar on a rooftop or in a hot, dry climate? I'd really appreciate any tips on product selections, installation methods, or maintenance advice to keep everything lasting for years. Appreciate your insights

Make sure to use expansion joints specifically rated for both high heat and freeze conditions, porcelain coping should handle it well if installed with a flexible adhesive and grout, also your drains and materials should be thermally stable like stainless steel
